If we didn't
answer your question here, please use the "Ask Seller a
Question" feature in the auction listing to ask us.

Why are you
not answering my emails? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
We do our
best to answer all email inquiries. There are many
reasons why you might not receive a response as fast as
you want it. Here are a few of them:
-
Please be a bit more patient with us. We are
just a two person team running a large number of
auctions, so it might take a bit of time for us to
get to your question or concern.
-
When
you do ask us a question via the "Ask Seller a
Question" or by direct email, you need to include
the eBay Item number and Auction title in your
email. Otherwise, due to the volume of
questions and auctions, we won't be able to respond.
-
We
need to view the email address you have on file with
eBay. If you have changed it, or you block us
from seeing it, we won't be able to respond to you.
Please check your My eBay settings to see if your
email address is up to date and if you are allowing
sellers to see it.
-
Be
sure to check your junk mail folder, our response
might have landed in there.

I changed
my mind, how do I cancel my bid before the auction ends? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
As long
as there are more than 24 hours left in the auction,
eBay policy does allow you to retract (cancel) your last
bid.
Click this link to view the eBay help page
explaining the rules and how to retract your bid.

|
You
canceled my bid and ended the auction early. Why
did you do that? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
As stated
at the top of the auction listing, the parts in our
auction are also available for local sale. This
means we have customers call to ask for and purchase the
same parts you are watching and bidding on. So if
you are interested in a particular item, we encourage
you to use the Buy It Now or Make Offer feature to
secure your purchase as soon as possible.
If we have a chance to sell
it for our local asking price, eBay policy allows us to
end the auction early. If you are bidding on the
auction, will will inform you of what happened so you
know and won't get mad. If we have a like
replacement for the part you are seeking, we will inform
you so you have the chance to bid again or purchase with
the Buy It Now feature.
|
|
Why do you
set a reserve price? What is the reserve price? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
On
occasion, we wish to sell a higher priced item that we
want to sell in auction format, but need to get at least
a certain price for. When we do this, we set a
reserve, which is the minimum price we will sell the
item. If the final bid is more than 25% below the
reserve price, then we will thank our highest bidder and
relist the auction. If the final bid is within
15-20% of the reserve, then we will contact the high
bidder, inform them of the reserve price and ask if they
wish to raise their bid to the reserve. They have
the option of declining. If they accept, then the
item is sold. If they decline, then the item will
be re-listed.
The
reserve price will be declared in the auction listing.
We see this as only fair so that you can bid
appropriately if you agree that the reserve is an
attractive price.

On your Buy
It Now auctions, what is the best offer you will take? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
The vast
majority of our auctions are Fixed Price or "Buy It Now"
listings. Since we are extremely motivated to sell
our parts, our customers are encouraged to use the "Make
Offer" feature to see if we will accept an offer
lower than our listed price. We don't use any set
formulas, however you might be surprised at the good
deal we might accept. For now, we personally
review all offers that are within our range of
acceptability. Some really low offers with be
automatically declined. When this occurs, we
encourage you to make a new offer until it is high
enough for us to personally review.

|
Why have I
been blocked from bidding? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
If this
has happened to you, our apologies for the
inconvenience. But to ensure the smooth flow of
parts to our customers, we have established certain
rules to keep the "speed bumps of commerce" to a
minimum. At this time, if the following applies to
you, you will be blocked from bidding on our auctions:
- Buyers who do not
have a PayPal Account
- Buyers who have
received 2 Unpaid Item strikes within the past 6
months
- Buyers who are
registered in countries to which I don't ship.
(Remember, we do not sell or ship internationally.
This includes Canada and Mexico)
- Buyers who have a
feedback score of -1 or lower
- Buyers who are
currently winning or have bought 5 or more of my
items within the last 10 days but have yet to pay
for them.
If are interested in one
of our items and you feel that you have been improperly
blocked, please contact us and we will work with you to
resolve the issue.

Do you
charge me anything if I cancel my order? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
If you
wish to cancel your order, you must contact us
immediately by calling our eBay Customer
Service Department (1-800-245-0647, Mondays through
Fridays, 8:00am to 4:00pm). If we can stop the
order before it is shipped you will receive a refund
minus the eBay Final Value Fee but no shipping or
restocking fee..
IMPORTANT: If the order has already been
shipped, then you will receive a refund of less a 10%
restocking/relisting fee and the cost of outbound
shipping. We also have the following requirements.
-
A
RMA# (Returned
Merchandise
Authorization Number)
is required. Please see our
Warranty FAQ for information.
-
No
refund will be made until the part has been returned
to us. You must pay the shipping back to our
facility and the part must arrive in the same
condition as it left. NOTE: If you just
refuse the delivery, we will deduct the cost of
return shipping from your refund.
The one
exception we have is if we provide you with the wrong
part (for example, you ordered a headlight and we sent
you a tail light, or your purchased the LH side and we
sent the RH). When this occurs, we will offer
to replace your order with the correct item and pay all
shipping costs, including the return of the wrong item.
Or you can elect to accept a full refund and we will
send a call tag to have the incorrect item picked up at
our expense.

|
When will
you leave feedback? |
▲TOP▲ |
|
We leave
feedback once the customer has left feedback for us. Once you
have your item, it is greatly appreciated that you leave
feedback for us. Since building a good feedback
record is important to us, you may receive a reminder to
post positive feedback if you haven't done so within
several days after receiving your item(s).
If for
some reason you are not happy with your purchase or
experience, please contact our customer service
department at 940-387-5202 ext. 304 so we can help you
solve the problem before posting negative feedback.
