What forms
of payment do you accept? |

PayPal is
preferred. Or you can pay with your Visa or
Mastercard by calling us at 800-245-0647 x304.
Cash is accepted by pre-arrangement if you are picking
up your order at our Denton, Texas, facility.
We do not
accept American Express, Discover, money orders, or
checks.
Please
note that if your payment is done via a PayPal e-check,
PayPal places a hold on the payment until funds have
cleared your bank and their system. Your part will
be held until we are notified that these funds have
cleared. Once we receive notification, we will
ship your part immediately.

How long do
I have to pay for an item I won? |

Checkout/Shipping information is expected within 3 days
of auction close. After 7 days, any
unpaid auctions will be subject to an
Unpaid Item Dispute through eBay and possible
cancellation.
If you have won multiple
auctions and wish to combine them to save on shipping,
please refer to our
Shipping FAQ for information and instructions.

Can I pay
at your facility if I choose to pick up the part? |

Yes.
Before you go through the eBay checkout system:
-
Send
us an email indicating that you wish to pick up
your item and pay for it at our facility.

Include your name and daytime telephone number as
well as your email address.

We
will contact you with a reservation number that
corresponds to our inventory system.

You
have seven calendar days from the auction close to
come to our facility to pay for and pick up your
part. After 7 days, any
unpaid auctions will be subject to an
Unpaid Item Dispute through eBay and possible
cancellation

All
items picked up at our facility are subject to Texas
Sales Tax (8.25%) and a 1% EPA Recovery Surcharge.

When
you arrive, ask to speak with "eBay Mike" who will
assist you in payout and getting your part.
If you
are picking up a large item such as an engine,
transmission, door, or other body panel, be sure to
bring a truck or trailer large enough to accommodate
your purchase. Also bring the necessary tie down
straps to secure your purchase to your vehicle.

Why is
there 9.25% tax on my purchase? |

All Texas
residents and businesses must pay
8.25% sales tax on
purchases that they will use/consume themselves.
This includes businesses with a Texas reseller
certificate that are the end user of the item purchased.
If you are a business that has a valid Texas reseller
certificate, it must be faxed to us at 940-387-6715
before you send payment or pick up your part.
Please indicate the eBay item number on your fax.
However, this only can be lawfully applied if you intend
to resell the the item you have purchased. If you
use the item purchased in your business, you must pay
the tax.
In addition to the 8.25%
Sales Tax, UsedAutoPartStore & Denton County Auto
Salvage charge a 1% EPA
Recovery Surcharge on all Taxable purchases.
This surcharge helps to offset the increased cost of
removing, storing, handling, and disposing polluting
materials that are found in modern cars and trucks.

I have won
multiple items. How can I pay for these and save
on shipping costs? |

If you
have won multiple auctions from UsedAutoPartStore and
wish to combine them into one shipment, we will do our
best to accommodate you. Much of the time, we have
setup our listings to automatically help you with this,
especially on listings where we have more than one of
the item available. However, on occasion, we will
need to manually adjust the shipping to what is fair to
both of us.
If you purchase multiple
items and the shipping is not automatically combined and
reduced, please contact us right away before you make
you complete the checkout process and make payment.
We need to combine the sales within our database and
update eBay so that the correct items and total (with
revised shipping) is shown on their end.
Please note, that by sending a PayPal or any
other type of payment before we have had a chance to
determine the revised shipping cost does not constitute UsedAutoPartStore's agreement to combine the orders.
If you submit payment by
PayPal or another means without contacting us in
advance, each auction, including the shipping,
will need to be paid for separately. You may also
unnecessarily delay your order.
Please wait for us
to talk with you and revise the shipping costs before
you pay for your order. We will determine
a fair cost
of shipping the combined order and if we can reduce the cost, we will.
PLEASE NOTE:
Airbags cannot be combined with any other orders due to
the Federal requirements for shipping these items.
If you have any questions,

payment of multiple items. Be sure to include the
eBay item numbers of the auctions you wish to combine.

When will
you leave feedback? |

We leave
feedback once the customer has left feedback for us. Once you
have your item, it is greatly appreciated that you leave
feedback for us. Since building a good feedback
record is important to us, you may receive a reminder to
post positive feedback if you haven't done so within
several days after receiving your item(s).
If for
some reason you are not happy with your purchase or
experience, please contact our customer service
department at 940-387-5202 ext. 304 so we can help you
solve the problem before posting negative feedback.
