Will you
ship items internationally? How about to Canada or
Mexico? |

At this
time, we only ship items to the 50 United States,
including Alaska and Hawaii. The lower 48 states
will receive ground service by UPS or Freight Truck.
Alaska and Hawaii will be accommodated by the
appropriate UPS air service. Customers in these
two states need to be prepared to pay the appropriate
shipping costs to receive their items.

When can I
expect delivery of my order? |

You
can expect most purchases to be delivered to their
destination within five to ten (5-10) business days.
Most of the orders placed with us leave our facility
within 1 to 2 business days after full payment has been
made and received.
If your payment is done via
a PayPal e-check, PayPal places a hold on the payment
until funds have cleared your bank and their system.
Your part will be held until we are notified that these
funds have cleared. Once we receive notification,
we will ship your part immediately.
UPS TRACKING: On items
that are shipped by UPS, tracking information is
provided at the time we create the shipping label. This information is provided by email.
Be sure your current email address on file with eBay and
check your "junk" email box incase the information lands
there.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL TRACKING:
On items that are shipped by US Postal Service Priority
mail, we will provide you with the the tracking number
as soon as we create the label. But please note,
the USPS does not provide as complete of a tracking
system as UPS does. Please see the US Post Office
website (www.usps.com)
for more information.

over 15 business days for your order, and still have not
received it, please review the information below for
"Orders Not Received".

Can I have
my item sent to an address other than what is on file
with PayPal or my Credit Cards? |

To
protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions, we
can only ship items to verified and confirmed addresses on file with
PayPal. If you call us direct to pay for your
auction and use your Visa or Mastercard, we will only
ship to to the address where you receive your statement.
.Please
not that providing a shipping address other than these
verified addresses could cause an unreasonable delay in
receiving your part(s).

I have won
multiple items. How can I pay and you combine the
orders to reduce the cost of shipping? |

If you
have won multiple auctions from UsedAutoPartStore and
wish to combine them into one shipment, we will do our
best to accommodate you. Much of the time, we have
setup our listings to automatically help you with this,
especially on listings where we have more than one of
the item available. However, on occasion, we will
need to manually adjust the shipping to what is fair to
both of us.
If you purchase multiple
items and the shipping is not automatically combined and
reduced, please contact us right away before you make
you complete the checkout process and make payment.
We need to combine the sales within our database and
update eBay so that the correct items and total (with
revised shipping) is shown on their end.
Please note, that by sending a PayPal or any
other type of payment before we have had a chance to
determine the revised shipping cost does not constitute UsedAutoPartStore's agreement to combine the orders.
If you submit payment by
PayPal or another means without contacting us in
advance, each auction, including the shipping,
will need to be paid for separately. You may also
unnecessarily delay your order.
Please wait for us
to talk with you and revise the shipping costs before
you pay for your order. We will determine
a fair cost
of shipping the combined order and if we can reduce the cost, we will.
PLEASE NOTE:
Airbags cannot be combined with any other orders due to
the Federal requirements for shipping these items.
If you have any questions,

payment of multiple items. Be sure to include the
eBay item numbers of the auctions you wish to combine.

What should
I do if I have not received my order? |

If you
have waited 14 days for normal delivery to occur
and still have not received your order, please contact
us at
sales@dentonautosalvage.com. We also suggest double
checking your tracking number to see what UPS or our
Freight Carrier knows. Be sure to include the eBay
item number with your email.

Can I
arrange my own shipping? |

Please
allow us to select the best delivery method and carrier.
It is our experience that by allowing us to do so, we
can providing you with both the best service and the
lowest cost. Additionally, please do not ask us to
bill your shipping account or use a different carrier.
We appreciate you understanding.

What
methods of shipping do you use? |

Ground - The vast
majority of our small packages weighing less than 150
lbs. are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Freight -
UsedAutoPartStore/Denton County Auto Salvage will ship
larger and heavier items on a commercial freight
carrier. Engines, transmissions, seats, bumper,
doors, sets of wheels and other larger and heavier parts
are examples of such items that will be shipped by motor
freight. The cost to ship these items starts at
$100 and can be as much as $1000. The final cost
depends upon the distance, weight, and class of freight.
Items shipped by freight are banded on a 4x4 or 6x6
pallets and will either be shrink wrapped or have a
crate built around them. Freight items must be
shipped to a commercial address with a loading dock
and/or forklift capabilities. If you do not have
this available, we can ship the items to the closest
freight terminal to your zip code. We cannot ship
freight items to a residential address. You must
supply your phone number, name of and address of the
business we are shipping to. If you do not supply
these items, your order will be delayed.
Customer Pickup - If
you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you are welcome
to arrange to pick up your item at our facility in
Denton. You must bring a copy of the proof of
purchase with you to pick up your item. CPU hours
are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are not
open on weekends.

The item I
have purchased is an Airbag (from the supplemental
restraint system). Does this cost more to ship? |

Airbags
(like the ones mounted in the steering wheel and dash)
are considered Hazardous Materials by the Federal
Department of Transportation (due to their explosive
nature). As such, there is an additional $50
handling surcharge to cover the additional cost of
materials and handling required by Federal law.
This charge is in addition to the normal shipping and
handling charges computed by the auction. This
surcharge is mentioned in the auction listing and will
be included in the eBay shipping calculator.
